This year's conference will be hosted by the New York State Education Department and Syracuse University on March 29, 2019 to March 31, 2019 at the Albany Marriott ~ Albany, New York.

Your cooperation in facilitating the planning and implementation of this year’s conference will be greatly appreciated. The deadlines for this year’s conference will be strictly adhered to, and it is important that you review and make note of these important dates. Conference Registration Rates:	Postmark Dates will determine Registration Fees.
Early Registration Fee Deadline: $175	December 10, 2018—January 23, 2019 by Midnight
Regular Registration Fee Deadline: $200	January 24, 2019—February 6, 2019 by Midnight
Late Registration Fee Deadline: $225	February 7, 2019—February 13, 2019 by 12:00 noon
